By accessing or using GraphQL Grab ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GraphQL Grab is a command-line tool and web service that allows users to capture, analyze, and export GraphQL API operations. The Service includes:
- CLI tool for capturing GraphQL traffic
- HAR file analysis capabilities
- Export to various formats (cURL, Postman, Insomnia, HAR)
- Web dashboard for account management
- License validation and management
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Tier
The free tier provides limited access to the Service with usage restrictions as described on our pricing page.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or at our discretion.
5. License and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may NOT:
- Share, sell, or transfer your license to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass license validation or usage limits
- Use the Service to capture data you don't have rights to access
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must:
- Have authorization to access APIs you capture
- Comply with the terms of service of APIs you interact with
- Respect rate limits and usage policies of third-party services
- Not use captured data for malicious purposes
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by GraphQL Grab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service processes data locally on your machine. We do not collect or store your captured GraphQL data, queries, or API responses.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraphQL Grab from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GraphQL Grab operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
